Lawyer Real Estate, Construction Law and Public Procurement (2 - 4 years experience)

GSJ advocaten, one of the largest law firms in the Antwerp region, is looking to strengthen its department of Real Estate, Construction Law and Public Procurement.

As an associate lawyer, you will handle multidisciplinary dossiers relating to public procurement, urban development, public-private partnerships, the contracting of work, the provision of services, etc. In addition to providing advice, the work also consists of dispute resolution. 

You are a Master of Law with a nice academic track record. You also have a relevant experience of 2 to 4 years at the bar or in the private sector in public procurement, real estate law, construction law and real estate.

You have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and strive for quality. You have a good sense of responsibility, and working in a team is no problem for you. Files are often handled as a team and you report to the two partners who steer the department.
