- Advising and counselling local authorities, individuals, companies and property developers on all matters of administrative law

• Environmental law

- Assisting individuals, companies, developers and authorities at all levels (municipal, provincial and regional) with all kinds of spatial planning and environmental permit files

- Assisting and advising on filing objections against environmental permit applications

- Assisting and advising on proceedings in the context of administrative appeals before both the provincial deputation and the Flemish Government

- Assisting and advising in all kinds of proceedings before both the administrative courts (Council for Permit Disputes, Council of State) and the civil courts (e.g. damage claims, suspension of works, damage caused by planning, etc.)

- Legal environment management: process follow-up with risk analysis and timetable for project development

• Natural law

- Advice and assistance regarding Habitat and Birds Directive areas (natura 2000 and conservation objectives), advice and screening of appropriate assessments/enhanced or general nature assessment, species protection, deforestation, etc.

• Road law

- Advising and assisting authorities and private (legal) persons on municipal roads, neighbourhood roads, regional roads and motorways (building line plans, construction-free zones, advertising, road case, policy plans, etc.)
