Disciplinary rules and appraisal
In the case of statutory personnel, the performance and conduct of the civil servants concerned are monitored through appraisal and disciplinary procedures. The nature and purpose of appraisal and discipline are different. However, in either case the intention is to improve and correct behaviour, although in extreme cases this can lead to the termination of the appointment.
Appraisal and discipline are subject to strict procedures. GSJ assists government agencies, educational institutions and personnel with procedures of this kind.
