Olivier Verhulst has been a lawyer with GSJ advocaten since 2008. During that time, he has honed his skills especially in the field of administrative law and environmental management law. In this capacity, Olivier assists private developers and public authorities with their real estate issues.
As his particular area of interest is property, he followed an additional Master's degree course in Real Estate Management (MRE) at the Antwerp Management School, which he successfully completed in 2015.
Within this particular discipline, Olivier has published a number of papers and articles and he is often invited as a guest speaker at seminars organised by Escala, Confocus, Inscripsi and Syntra.
It should also be mentioned that his interest is not merely theoretical, as he is currently involved in administration at a practical level as a municipal alderman in addition to having previously been a councillor in the municipality of Schilde.
