- Drafting and supervision of RUPs (regional urban development plans), spatial structure plans and spatial implementation plans (for both regional and multiple local authorities, as well as assistance to externally privatised agencies)
- Supervision of the complex Zeebrugge sea lock project
- Supervision from A to Z (both administrative and judicial phases) of multiple expropriation procedures for various public legal entities and authorities (cities, municipalities, Flemish Region, intermunicipal associations and privatised agencies), both on the basis of the 1962 Act on Urgent Circumstances, the ordinary 1835 Expropriation Act and the Flemish Expropriation Decree of 24 February 2017
- Assistance with transfers of public property between authorities
- Assistance with private forms of use by individuals and companies: precarious permits, occupation for consideration, rights in rem and public domain concessions and concessions for public works, port concessions, etc.
- General administrative law, environmental law, expropriations, property law, energy law and land law
- Ongoing support and ad hoc assistance to various public authorities, cities, municipalities, the Flemish Region, intermunicipal associations (MLSO, Interwaas, IGEAN, Veneco) and privatised agencies (De Vlaamse Waterweg, MOW, Port of Antwerp, OVAM, etc.)
- Legal advice and legal assistance regarding the exercise and disregard of pre-emptive rights.
- Guidance and advice to various municipalities in the drafting of tax regulations.
- Providing legal assistance to both private individuals and municipalities during legal proceedings before courts and tribunals.
