Cindy Meynendonckx earned her law degree with
honours in June 2008. During her legal studies, she became particularly
interested in private law, and more specifically in contracting law and
construction law.
Also in 2008, she began her internship at GSJ advocaten
in the Real Estate, Construction Law and Public Procurement team. While working
under the wings of Christophe Lenders, she decided to specialise in public
procurement law and construction law. She currently focuses mainly on cases
relating to the performance of public contracts, liability in the construction
sector and contracting law, including DBFM contracts, architectural contracts
and building contracts. Within these different legal fields, she offers
assistance to contracting authorities, contractors, architects, developers and
private clients. Since 1 January 2024, Cindy has been a partner.
Recent verscheen de nieuwe editie van het Jaarboek Overheidsopdrachten waaraan collega's mr. Christophe Lenders, Joris Wouters, Cindy Meynendonckx en Geert Van Engelgem een waardevolle bijdrage leverden.
Afgelopen week mocht collega Julie Michielsen een volledige week meelopen met het team Civiel Vastgoedrecht van ons alliantiekantoor Holla legal & tax in ‘s-Hertogenbosch in het kader van onze "exchange projects".

Op 1 januari 2024 is het Decreet over het Vastgoedinformatieplatform in werking getreden.
Recent legde de FOD Economie vastgoedmakelaars de verplichting op om alle prijzen inclusief BTW aan te geven bij de verkoop van nieuwe gebouwen.
Afgelopen vrijdag hadden verschillende kantoorgenoten het genoegen warm ontvangen te worden door onze Nederlandse collega’s van Holla Tax & Legal in ’s Hertogenbosch.
